10 Tips For Happiness

Ten tips for happiness:

  1. Decide to be happy and make it a priority
  2. Smile just because and find things to make you laugh.
  3. When you see an opportunity donate, even if it’s only pocket change.
  4. List 10 things you are grateful for in your life.
  5. Get a gratitude journal and every day add three things you are grateful for that day.
  6. Exercise, even if it’s just going for a walk every day.
  7. MAKE time for you! Do something nice for yourself each day, even if that’s just a quiet bubble bath.
  8. Experience unconditional love by giving it to others.
  9. Find a hobby you really enjoy and just do it.
  10. Set goals and complete them. Make a list (at least 5) of achievable goals and as you complete them put a gold star next to them.
