Ten tips for happiness:
- Decide to be happy and make it a priority
- Smile just because and find things to make you laugh.
- When you see an opportunity donate, even if it’s only pocket change.
- List 10 things you are grateful for in your life.
- Get a gratitude journal and every day add three things you are grateful for that day.
- Exercise, even if it’s just going for a walk every day.
- MAKE time for you! Do something nice for yourself each day, even if that’s just a quiet bubble bath.
- Experience unconditional love by giving it to others.
- Find a hobby you really enjoy and just do it.
- Set goals and complete them. Make a list (at least 5) of achievable goals and as you complete them put a gold star next to them.
